5. National Cheng Kung University - Graduate or post- graduate scholar conducts studies in biomechanical or biomedical engineering at a top U.S. institution.

6. Needham Research Institute -  Fellowship objective is to enable a Chinese scholar to conduct research on the history of science, technology or medicine in China.

7. Organization of Chinese American Women - Provides grants to OCAW's fellowship program for talented Chinese artists.

8. University of California (School of Pharmacy) - Grant allows scholars from Peking University's Center for Theoretical Biology to study systems biology at UCSF.

9. Yale University (School of Medicine) -  Sister relationship with Fudan University.  Graduate and post-graduate students train at Yale's Department of Epidemiology and Public Health.

10. Yali High School - Scholarships give poor Chinese students opportunity to study at famous Yali High School (Changsha).
 
11. Heritage Prize - The Heritage Prize is the Foundation's top award.  The cash prize is given to outstanding Chinese scholars in recognition of their great achievements.  The prize includes funds which allow the scholar to return home and establish themselves professionally at an institution in China.
